KARI HUHTAMO
The height of the staircase permits the suspension of his kinetic sculptures. They project their constantly moving reflections, as well as their shadows, onto the surrounding walls, ceiling and floor. The subdued light helps accentuate this effect.
Their subtle movements are supported by the music of Eric Satie, which acts as an omnipresent keynote and is audible throughout all of the exhibition spaces.
