Location:
The Blackfeet Indian
Reservation is located in Northwest Montana along the eastern slopes of the Rocky
Mountains. Its 1.5 million acres are bordered on the north by Canada and on the west by
Glacier National Park. The town of Browning is 120 miles north of Great Falls and 101
miles east of Kalispell, Montana.
Altitude: 4,100 ft. above sea level.á Teepee camps are located at the 4,100 to 4,500 ft. levels. Climate: June to September, highs 70's & 80's, Lows 40's to 50's. Highlights: Unique Teepee Adventure, horseback riding, stagecoach rides, cattle drives, Indian guides, Indian dancers, and storytelling. Authentic Blackfeet Indian Culture. Accommodations: Large comfortable teepees individually painted by contemporary Plains Indian artists in the Blackfeet Indian Traditional designs. Fully furnished with beds, chairs, pellet stoves, and many creature comforts. Guests are asked to bring their own sleeping bags or bedroll. Capacity: 20 guests per teepee village. Six separate villages are spaced approximately 10 miles apart. Guests rotate to different villages on a daily basis. Open: June 1 to September 30. Warbonnet Lodge open year-round. Minimum Stay: Six (6) consecutive nights. Deposit: 50% holds and confirms your reservation. Payment: We accept cash, personal (U.S.) checks, money orders, wire transfers, Visa and MasterCard.
